    • บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ระงับการให้ หรือเรียกคืนคูปอง หากผู้ถือบัตรขาดคุณสมบัติ มิได้ใช้บัตรเครดิตเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภคส่วนบุคคลของผู้ถือบัตร ใช้สิทธิโดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริตหรือฉ้อฉลเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งเครดิตเงินคืนหรือสิทธิประโยชน์ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของรายการส่งเสริมการขายอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน หรือใช้บัตรเครดิตเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่มิชอบด้วยกฎหมายหรือศีลธรรมอันดี หรือระเบียบของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย หรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจของผู้ถือบัตร ครอบครัว เครือญาติ บุคคลใกล้ชิด หรือธุรกิจที่ผู้ถือบัตรและบุคคลดังกล่าวมีส่วนได้เสียไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม รวมทั้งเรียกร้องให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหายตามแต่ละกรณี
    • บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข วิธีการ และสิทธิประโยชน์ใดๆ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านทาง www.aeon.co.th กรณีมีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สุด
    • โปรดตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม ณ จุดขายหรือร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการ หรือสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์อื่นของบริษัทฯ ผ่านทาง www.aeon.co.th
    • ใช้เท่าที่จำเป็น และชำระคืนได้เต็มจำนวนตามกำหนด จะได้ไม่เสียดอกเบี้ย 16% ต่อปี
